Here you will find our current rules, policies and information about insurance that is required for all events.

Be sure to browse through our lists of caterers, decorators, sound & A/V providers and food trucks available in our area.

We also have an example contract to review. Because we are a publicly owned facility, you are free to choose any service provider you would like, as long as they meet the licensing and insurance requirements (see below).

Specifications

With almost 32,00 square feet of space in the main ballroom and a ceiling height of 20 feet, the Randolph Riverfront Center has the flexibility to build a large array of set-ups to meet the requrements of most events.

Add approximately 5,000 sq. ft. square feet in our pre-function space, Area J, with one of the best views in Central Louisiana overlooking the rolling Red River, is the perfect addition to your event.

Parking is free and available in two ground level lots that have approximately 100 parking spots. Plus there is a four levelparking garage with 495 spaces, convientenly connected to the center by a covered walkway.

Some of our modern ammenities include Wi-Fi coverage in all public areas, digital sound enhancement, wireless microphones, and 6K lumen projectors to satisfy most of your audio visual needs.
